Cooking Instructions: Microwave: Place one pound of sausage in covered casserole dish for 4-6 minutes on high power. Drain oil and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Microwave ovens vary, times are approximate. Broil: Place sausage on broiler rack and cook for 20-24 minutes. Turn once during cooking cycle to ensure even browning. Pan Fry: Place sausage in fry pan with 1 tablespoon of water and another of white wine and cover the pan. Cook for approximately 10 minutes, remove cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes. To Grill Outdoor: Place sausage on pre-heated grill about 7-9 inches above fire. Cook about 20-22 minutes turning sausage until golden brown. Keep refrigerated may be frozen.
