Full Disclosure Ingredient Panel: Directions: (Adult) on workout days, approximately 60 minutes prior to a workout and away from food intake, consume three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels with a full glass (8 oz) of water. Following the workout, take an additional three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels with a full glass (8 oz) of water, and away from food intake.
