Full Disclosure Ingredient Panel: Direction: (Adult) Take two (2) liquid soft-gels, twice daily, with food and a full glass (8 oz) of water. If caffeine keeps you up at night, do not take this product in the evening since it contains naturally derived caffeine. Each liquid soft-gel contains 25 mg of caffeine, or the approximate equivalent of 1/4 cup of coffee. Store in a cool, dry place.
