Pitcher has a removable fruit infusion rod that screws into lid. Open slots in rod allow liquid and fruit to mix naturally. Fill the infusion rod with cut lemons, limes strawberries, raspberries, etc. To infuse your liquid with natural fruit flavor. Fill pitcher with beverage (leaving about 1.75 inch to the rim to allow room for the rod) and then position the rod down into pitcher. Pitcher may be continually refilled as you use the contents without having to replace the fruit. Replace with fresh fruit every 7-10 days. Important: When removing lid and infusion rod from pitcher, hold it over pitcher until rod drains. Crystal clear acrylic 2.5 quart (80 oz.) (2.4 l) with rod in place, 2.9 quart (93 oz.) (2.8 l) without rod. Keep pitcher refrigerator to serve refreshing lemon water, raspberry iced tea and more whenever you like.
