Cooking Instructions: (1) In a large pot, bring 4-6 quarts of water to a rolling boil. (2) Add 1 tbsp of salt to boiling water (optional). (3) Add pasta, cook uncovered for 8-9 minutes (cook to desired tenderness but do not overcook), and stir occasionally (Water will foam-it’s okay!). (4) Strain pasta and serve with your sauce of choice! Keep in a cool, dry place.
