Directions for Jerk Burgers or Tacos: 2 lbs of ground or chopped chicken, beef, turkey and lam (rinse off chopped meat and leave lightly moist). Add 1 pkt of Rightjerk Seasoning and thoroughly mix into the meat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Place seasoned meat into skillet and cook at medium temperature until done. Jerk Baking: Rinse off chicken, beef, lamb and leave lightly moist. Sprinkle Rightjerk seasoning all ove the meat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Place seasoned meat in a sheet pan and place in oven and bake at 360 degrees until done.
