Directions
Keep frozen. Directions: Conventional oven. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove pizza from overwrap and place directly on the oven rack. Bake for 12-14 minutes. If a softer crust is desired, place pizza on a cookie sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. These pizzas are pre-cooked. To prevent burning, check often after reaching the beginning of the recommended cooking range. Oven temperatures vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.

After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987 we found there was little time to prepare the wholesome nutritious food we normally ate. Here is the Amy's Kitchen version of a pizza popular in Southern Italy, based on the pizzas our chef Fred's grandmother used to make. Instead of the usual pizza sauce, we layer diced organic tomatoes on the crust, then cover them with mozzarella, shredded parmesan, chevre and basil. The really special touch though, is the crust... light and tender with organic cornmeal added for extra texture and flavor. This is a truly unique pizza we're sure will please those of our customers looking for a total taste treat. Not hard, soggy, or thin like cardboard. So we created a crust that is light, tender and tasty. The dough is made from organic wheat flour and organic cornmeal, then handstretched and baked. After that we carefully add the toppings in perfect proportion to the crust. 0g trans fat. No added MSG. No preservatives.
