Directions: It is a perfect combination of lemon and butter flavor, dill and other spices and herbs for a truly light and lively taste on fish, shrimp or other seafood. 1. Sprinkle Amazing Taste on all sides of seafood coating well. 2. Cook your favorite way - grill, bake, fry, broil, saute, BBQ, even microwave. Use as a Marinade: 1. Mix 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup olive oil, and contents of this packet. 2, Marinate for five minutes or longer. 3. Baste with the remaining marinade during cooking. Discard excess marinade. Use on: fish, shellfish & scallops.
