Directions

For maximum flavor, smoked fish is best eaten at room temperature. Remove from or open package and allow product to reach room temperature for no more than 45 minutes. Keep refrigerated at 38 degrees F (3 degrees C) or less. Product should be kept refrigerated at or below 38 degrees F until 20 minutes before serving and used within 4 days of opening. Smoked fish can be frozen for a period of three months, but Ivy City Smokehouse does not recommend this practice.

Our smoked fish products are produced in small batches using only handpicked, fresh farm-raised Atlantic Salmon fillets, hardwood smoke and all natural ingredients. The carotenoids used in the feed of farm raised salmon are identical to those consumed by salmon in the wild and are the source of this fish's color. Ivy City Smokehouse Seafood products are vacuum sealed in this package for your convenience.
