Use & Care: Select by Calphalon hard-anodized nonstick cookware is dishwasher safe. Before first use, hand wash your cookware with warm, sudsy water and dry thoroughly. For better cooking before before adding butter or oil. We recommend not using aerosol cooking sprays or metal utensils on the nonstick surface. After cooking allow pan to cool completely before washing.
