Heating Instructions: Grill or Pan: Skillet/BBQ: Coat skillet with oil and pre-heat to low-medium heat. Heat burgers for approximately 2-3 minutes per side if from frozen, 1-2 minutes per side from thawed. Heat to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Let burgers stand for 1 minute before serving. Burgers may be red or pink when fully heated. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Keep refrigerated.
