1. Don't take short cuts! Read the enclosed instructions in its entirety before proceeding.
2. To avoid skin and scalp burns, hair loss mouth or eye injury, read all directions carefully.
3. Do not use if scalp is irritated or injured.
4. Do not use on permanently waved hair or curly perned hair until it has grown out.
5. Do not use on bleached hair or permanently colored hair that is breaking, splitting or otherwise damaged.
6. If hair has been previously relaxed apply to new growth only.
7. If relaxer causes skin or scalp irritation, rinse out immediately and wash with the shampoo in this kit if irritation persists or hair loss occurs consult a physician.
8. Keep away from mouth and eyes If relaxer gets into mouth or eyes, rinse immediately and consult a physician.
9. Contains alkali. Avoid contact with eyes. Can cause blindness.
10. Not for use on children uncle 5 years of age.
