Shake well. Skillet: Shake carton lightly and pour desired amount of liquid egg whites into a nonstick skillet over medium heat. To scramble, stir egg whites gently. For filled egg white omelet, top with filling, loosen edge of egg white omelet and fold in half. Microwave: Shake carton lightly and pour desired amount of liquid egg whites into a microwave safe container. Cover and cook on high for 1-1/2 minutes. Stir. Cook for an additional 30 seconds or until egg whites are set, but slightly moist. Due to pasteurization, these egg whites will not whip up and are not recommended for use in meringues or angel food cakes. Conversion Chart (Approximate equivalents): Liquid whites equivalent for whites of large eggs: 1 large egg = 3 tbsp; 2 large eggs = 1/3 cup; 4 large eggs = 3/4 cup. Keep refrigerated. Product can be frozen if unopened. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. For best results keep refrigerated. When kept refrigerated at 40 degrees F or less, this product has a shelf life as indicated on the package. Twist off cap, twist to open. Use within 7 days of opening.
