Directions
Preparation: For service salad case: select the salad tub in the cooler with the most recent code date. Record salad information on code date log. Place salad in appropriate display bowl. Move salad display bowl from cooler to service case immediately. Keep salad between 33 degrees F and 40degrees F at all times. For self service case: pack 16oz or 32oz containers as needed to fill the case (go directly to scale to price once completed). Keep salad between 33 degrees F and 40 degrees F at all times. Packaging & Display Instructions (Refrigerated/Non-Refrigerated): For Service Case: Place salad ID tag in front of display bowl. Salads must be turned and refreshed every two hours. For Self Service Packaging: Move the 16 oz or 32 oz containers to the scale to weigh and label package as per standard shown below.
