For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep frozen. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hand after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Approximate Thawing & Roasting Times: 10-18 weight (lbs); 6-12 feeds (no. of people). Thaw: 3-4 in refrigerator (days); 5-9 in cold water (hours). Roast: 3-3 1/2 open pan (hours). 18-22 weight (lbs); 12-15 feeds (no. of people). Thaw: 4-5 in refrigerator (days); 9-11 in cold water (hours). Roast: 3 1/2-4 open pan (hours). 22-24 weight (lbs); 15-16 feeds (no. of people). Thaw: 5-6 in refrigerator (days); 11-12 in cold water (hours). Roast: 4-4 1/2 open pan (hours). 24-30 weight (lbs); 16-18 feeds (no. of people). Thaw: 6-7 in refrigerator (days); 12-15 in cold water (hours). Roast: 4 1/2-5 open pan (hours). Thaw (Always thaw in unopened wrapper, thaw on tray in refrigerator, or thaw in cold water, changing water every 30 minutes). Do not thaw at room temperature. Roast (Use a shallow open pan with a flat rack in a 325 degrees F oven). Keep frozen. To open bag: Insert one finger from each hand in holes. With even force, pull on hole to the right and the other hole to the left until bag starts opening.
