Pan Fry: Skillet: Crumbled • Apply a quick, one second spray of non-stick cooking spray to skillet. • Preheat over medium-high heat for 30 seconds. • Add ground turkey and separate into crumbles; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes. Cook until turkey is well done, reaching 165°F as measured with a meat thermometer. Keep refrigerated.
