Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Directions: Crumbled: Lightly spray skillet with cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and separate into crumbles; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes (Cook until center is well done, reaching 165 degrees F as measured with a meat thermometer). Patties: Lightly spray skillet or grill with cooking spray. Preheat skillet or grill with cooking spray. Preheat skillet or grill over medium to medium-high heat. Add patties and cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times (Cook until center is well done, reaching 165 degrees F as measured with a meat thermometer). Cook to 165 degrees F. Keep refrigerated.
