Easy to Open: Hold bag at center gripper edges and pull apart. Easy to Close: Hold bag firmly at one end and snap by pinching seal, run fingers slowly along seal to lock. For Defrosting and Reheating: Open bag one inch to vent. Place bag on a microwave-safe dish. Do not cook food in bags.
