Cooking Directions: Skillet: Apply a quick, one second spray of non-stick cooking spray to skillet. Preheat over med-high heat for 30 seconds. Add sausages; cook 7 to 8 minutes, turning frequently to brown. Reduce heat to medium; cover and continue cooking 5 to 6 minutes, turning once or twice. Cook until center reaches 165 degrees F on meat thermometer. Keep refrigerated.
