Description

Single vineyard. Cases: 1,700. Bottled: May 2016. Soil: Tuscan Red Hill, Gravelly Loam. Since 1976, Ravenswood has been synonymous with spectacular single-vineyard wines crafted from distinguished, old-vine vineyards. Planted in the 1880s. Barricia vineyards in Sonoma Valley produce small crops of intensely flavored frapes yielding perfumed zinfandels with finely structured blackberry and cassis flavors and exuberant varietal spice.
