Cooking Directions: Skillet: Apply a quick, one second spray of non-stick cooking spray to skillet. Preheat over medium to medium-high heat for 30 seconds. Add patties and cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times. Cook until center is well done, reaching 165 degrees F as measured with a meat thermometer. Outdoor Grill: Spray cold cooking grate with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat grill over medium heat. Place patties on grill and cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times. Cook until center is well done, or until reaching 165 degrees F as measured with a meat thermometer. Recipe Tip: Tex Burger: Grill burger according to package directions. Serve on Texas toast; top with pepper jack cheese, crisp turkey bacon & salsa. California Burger: Grill burger according to package directions. Serve on a warm bun; top with sliced avocado, swiss cheese, mayonnaise, tomato and crisp turkey bacon. Keep refrigerated.
