Cooking Directions: Skillet: Apply a quick, one second spray of non-stick cooking spray to skillet. Preheat over medium to med-high heat for 30 seconds. Add patties and cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times. Grill: Spray cold cooking grate with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat grill over medium heat. Place patties on grill and cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times. Cook until center is well done, or until reaching 165 degrees F as measured with a meat thermometer. Keep refrigerated.
