Brewing Instructions: Hot Tea - Place 1 tea bag in mug. Add boiling water and steep for 5-7 minutes. Make a pot at a time by adding multiple tea bags to your favorite tea pot-brew for the same time. Iced Tea - To make a quart, add 4 tea bags to a heat-proof container. Bring fresh filtered water to full boil. Pour over bags and refrigerate. Serve over ice with sweetener to taste. We recommend enjoying 3 or more cups of Tulsi or a blend of Tulsi each day for best results.
