Alembic Distillation: Non-chill filtered; no added boise (oak flavor infusion), sugar or caramel color. Superb, exclusively copper pot-distilled modern American craft brandy, with real character and depth of flavor. Matured in Kentucky bourbon barrels and medium-char American white oak barrels for a rich, feisty, rambunctious character with excellent structure & a velvety finish. Natural color & natural flavor, some natural cloudiness, faint sediment or suspension may be apparent, particularly at colder temperatures.
