Instructions: Use on moist skin right after a hot shower or bath. Applying desired pressure, move in a circular motion to remove calluses. Apply lighter pressure to smooth out and massage other hard, dry skin areas. After use, rinse off polished metallic head with warm water. Air dry. Hint: For best results, massage Earth Therapeutics Tea Tree Oil Foot Repair Balm on to feet after treating with the Pedicure File. This will nourish and revive dry, damaged feet and will keep feet looking and feeling soft and smooth.
