Directions

Keep refrigerated. Cooking directions: Appliances vary. Heating times approximate. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Place pork filet in shallow roasting pan. (Line pan with foil for easy clean-up). 3. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes, uncover and continue to bake for 5-10 minutes (Internal temperature in the thickest part of the filet should be 160 degrees F.). 4. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Grill: 1. Pre-heat grill for 10 minutes on medium-high heat. Place pork filet on center of grill. Cover and grill 20-25 minutes or until juices are clear (Internal temperature in the thickest part of the filet should be 160 degrees F.). 2. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Skillet (saute) quick & easy. 1. Cut filet into 1-inch-thick medallions. Flatten each medallion to 3/4-inch-thick. Heat a small amount of oil or butter in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Place medallions in hot skillet. Cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned on both sides and center is no longer pink (160 degrees F. internal temperature).
