Cooking Instructions: Ratio: 2 parts water to 1 path rice. 1 cup of Dry Rice = Approx. 3 cups of cooked rice. Black rice grains are naturally black, becoming a beautiful deep purple hue when cooked. In a saucepot, bring 2 cups of water, 1 cup of black rice and 1/2 tsp. salt to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 35 min., until the liquid is absorbed or until desired tenderness is achieved. Fluff with a fork and serve.
