Lubricate the foot-ankle joint occasionally. Use a dry silicone lubricant; apply carefully so it doesn't spread to the foot head. How to adjust your Dynamo BigFoot Cane for peak performance. Step 1. Place your palm on top of the grip, and wrap your fingers and thumb around it. The grip should be facing forward. Step 2. For a proper fit, you should have a 15 degrees bend in your elbow when you're holding the handgrip. Pull out the clip to raise (or lower) the height of the handgrip to achieve the correct 15 degrees elbow bend. Then slide the post up or down to adjust height. Using the Clips: Use the tabs on each side to pull out the clip and release the post. Push the clip back after you've achieved your adjustment point. Note: Do not try to remove the clip.
