Direction for Buiced: Shake it baby, before every use! As a supplement for adults and children 4 years and older. Pour (1) capful a day into our cool dispensing cap, then take straight or add to your OJ, smoothie, or other beverage. You can take Buiced before or after meal. And again, don't forget to rinse the cap and refrigerate after opening. Quick Start Guide: Step 1: Tear the t-perf down & around the top cap. Tip: Before you tear down - pop the perf at the cap base all around. Step 2: Open cap & remove safety seal on the bottle. Step 3: Fill up the cap close to the top - bottoms up!
