We've updated our classic chocolate ice cream recipe by adding even more rich Michel Cluizel chocolate, along with a thick ripple of housemade chocolate fudge and chunks of moist chocolate brownies that we make from scratch in-house. Our Story: We began in the spring of 2008 out of a scoop truck in Brooklyn, New York. Our ice cream is made in small batches with fresh milk and cream, pure cane sugar and egg yolks.
