Keep frozen. Serving suggestions: Delicious as an easy side dish, tossed with a little butter or simply seasoned to taste, or added to soups, stews, sautés and casseroles. Preparation instructions: Bake: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Arrange frozen potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet. 3. Bake 20 minutes* or until light golden, stirring halfway through. Pan fry: Caution: ice crystals on frozen foods can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully. Always preheat oil uncovered; if oil spatters, cover immediately and reduce heat until spattering stops. 1. Heat 1/2 tablespoon cooking oil per serving in large skillet over medium-high heat or in electric trying pan at 375 degrees F. 2. Carefully add frozen potatoes in a single layer. 3. Fry 6-8 minutes,* turning frequently, until light golden. 4. Drain on paper towels. Microwave: 1. Place frozen potatoes in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover. 2. Heat on high 3-4 minutes,* stirring halfway through cooking. 3. Let stand 1 minute before serving. *Note: temperatures may vary depending on appliance. Adjust time & temperature as necessary. Keep frozen until ready to use.
