Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandle or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook to 165 degrees F. Roast Directions: Read all directions before roasting. Do not use microwave. Inner cooking bag may be vented before roasting. 375 degrees F oven. 3-4 hours convection oven. 3.5-4.5 hours conventional oven. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. No need to thaw. Just remove frozen turkey from outer plastic bag. Cut 2-4 slits on the top of the bag (one inch long). 2. Place frozen turkey in roasting pan, with printed side facing up. Do not cover. Roast in center of oven. Allow room for bag to expand without touching the oven racks or walls. Approximate roasting time is 3 to 4-1/2 hours. Roasting time will vary by oven. Browning occurs. Check internal temp. 3. Check internal temperature at 3 hours. Turkey is done when the temperature in the breast reaches 180 degrees F (not the drumstick). Avoid touching any bone with the thermometer. 4. Allow turkey to cool in bag for 20 minutes. In mean-time, prepare gravy per packet directions. Cut open bag, lift out turkey. Be careful of hot steam and juices. Carve and serve. Keep frozen.

Turkey raised without hormones or steroids (Federal regulations do not permit the use of hormones in poultry) with butterball gravy packets. Contains up to 8% of a solution of water, salt, spices, and natural flavor for tenderness and juiciness. No thawing. Freezer to oven.
