Description

Passion fruit mango & hibiscus tripel. This is a salute to summer's colorful sunset. The sweltering heat of the day breaks to nights that remind us fall is just around the corner. Before we run another summer into the books, we toast to another hot Houston summer. Inspired by the tropical flavors of Southeast Asia, Tropikal is a juicy fruit rollup of passion fruit, mango, and hibiscus. The hops lend a strong citrus nose and the yeast's effervescent bubbles prickle the tongue. A combination of the esters off the yeast strain let it breathe like a tannic wine and those same aromatics will react to the atmosphere in unpredictable ways.
