Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. For food safety cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F as measured by a Food thermometer. Cooking Guide: Remove the Lamb Rib Chops from the packaging, and season with salt, pepper & chopped garlic (optional). Brush lightly with olive oil. Heat the grill or saute pan with 1 tablespoon of oil to medium/hot. Place the Lamb Rib Chops on the grill or in the saute pan, lower the grill/stove to medium/stove to medium, cook 3-4 minutes on each side for medium rare (145 degrees F internal temperature). Remove from the grill and allow the rest for 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides.
