Cook from frozen. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spread frozen french fries in a single layer on a baking sheet or a shallow baking dish on the middle oven rack. Bake 15-20 minutes, turn french fries halfway through cooking time. Toaster oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spread frozen french fries in a layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, turn french fries halfway through cooking time. Deep fry: Preheat fryer to 350 degrees F-375 degrees F. Place frozen french fries in deep fryer. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Shake fries in a fryer basket to remove excess oil. Frying pan: Heat 1/2 cup of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat or in electric frypan at 375 degrees F. Carefully add frozen french fries to form a single layer and fry 5-8 minutes, turning frequently. Cook to a light golden color. Drain on paper towels. Season to taste and serve immediately. French fries will be hot; use caution when removing from oven and baking sheet. Keep frozen.
