Microwave Instructions: 1. Cut a 1" slit in the film, just enough to let the steam out. 2. Cook on High for 3-1/2 minutes. 3. Let rest for 1 minute (it's hot!) 4. Stir it up well and enjoy every bite! Cautions for Food Safety: Careful! Bowl and food get hot. Salmon should be cooked to 165 degrees F for safety and taste. Cook from frozen; do not thaw or eat before cooking. Instructions are based on an 1100-watt microwave; adjust time as needed.
