Cooking instructions: Grill for about 8 - 10 minutes over medium high heat, turning every 2 minutes. Conventional oven: Sear in a frying pan for 1 - 2 minutes per side, then place in a preheated 350 degree F oven and cook for 10 - 12 minutes. Chef tips: Uncooked product: cooking safety: Internal temperature of safely cooked beef should reach 145 degrees F when measured by a meat thermometer. Keep refrigerated.
