Cornbread Prep Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Spray oil liberally on one 8 x 8 - inch or one 13 x 9-inch baking pan. 3. Pour 1 1/3 cups water into a mixing bowl and add 1 bag (16 oz.) of mix. 4. Mix with a spatula until well-blended, and then pour batter into prepared pan. 5. For the 8 x 8 - inch pan bake for 20-22 minutes, and for the 13 x 9 - inch pan bake for 18 - 20 minutes, or until the cornbread has reached an internal temperature of 190 degrees F. Corn Muffin Prep Instructions (12 Muffins): 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Prepare a 3 x 4 muffin pan with 12 muffin liners. Spray the muffin liners with oil. 3. Pour 1 1/3 cups water into a mixing bowl and add 1 bag (16 oz.) of mix. 4. Mix with a spatula until well-blended. 5. Evenly divide the batter into the 12 muffin liners, filling each one about 3/4 full. 6. Bake muffins for 14-16 minutes, or until they have reached an internal temperature of 190 degrees F.
