Important: This adapter is equipped with polarized attachment blades (one blade is wider then the other). This adapter will fit in a polarized outlet only one way, and is not intended to be mated with a non-polarized outlet (having both slots the same size). If the adaptor does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the adapter. Do not attempt to defeat the safety purpose of the polarized attachment blades.
