100 calories per bottle. USDA Organic. Certified Organic by Pennsylvania certified Organic. Gluten free. Non GMOs means that if there is a bioengineered version of an ingredient, we don't use it. Contains 1% juice. Caffeine: 67 mg/bottle. About 1/3 the caffeine of 16.9 fl oz brewed coffee. Just a tad sweet. We were thirsty. We couldn't find any bottled teas that were just a tad sweet, so in 1998 we brewed our own. They're fair trade (whenever possible), deliciously organic and not too sweet.
