Prepare Your Not Burger: Product can be cooked from frozen or raw. Thaw for up to 48 hours in fridge. Thaw for up to 3 hours at room temperature. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Cooking times may vary. Grill or Skillet: Heat grill or non-stick pan to medium high heat. Sear each side of the patty for 3 0seconds. Lower heat to medium, cook 4-5 minutes per side (thawed or frozen, respectively). Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. On a greased baking sheet, cook patty for 12 minutes. Flip the patty, cook for another 12 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. It is not recommended to microwave this product. Perishable keep frozen.
