Directions for Use: Before using this product for the first time, clean thoroughly. Place meat on cutting board. Remove protective cover from the tenderizer. Use with caution: blades are razor sharp! Place over meat and press handle pushing blades through the meat (avoid bones), applying enough pressure to allow the blades to fully penetrate. Continue the process for the entire cut of meat. For thick cuts, repeat process on both sides. Clean tenderizer thoroughly after each use. Allow to dry completely before replacing cover. Notice: wash and dry by hand only.
