Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop in 10 fl. oz. of cold water and consume prior to exercise. Start with 1/2 scoop to assess your tolerance. Do not exceed 1 scoop in a 24-hour period. Do not take close to bedtime. Use only as directed.
