For Great Tasting Tacos: 1 lb lean ground beef; 1 onion, chopped; 1 red or green pepper, chopped; 1 pouch (7 oz) Ortega Taco Skillet Sauce; 8 Ortega Flour Soft Tortillas, warmed. Makes 4 servings. Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef with pepper and onion 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until beef is cooked and vegetables are tender. Stir in Taco Skillet Sauce and cook until heated through. Serve in warmed taco shells or soft tortillas with your favorite toppings.
