Stretch balloons before inflating. Use funnel (included) to slide the desired amount of confetti into each balloon. You may need to use the eraser end of a pencil to help push the confetti through the funnel. Use a balloon pump to inflate balloons. To protect the eyes from possible damage, the use of balloon pump is recommended. Please keep details for future reference.
