Just as hexagons are the foundation of many natural phenomena, baking was the foundation of the Hu Chocolate line. Hu began as our Hu Kitchen restaurant in 2012, and our bakers back then needed a chocolate for our paleo pastries. Our chocolate bar line arose from that baking chocolate.
