For home owned and rental machines recommended use is 2.3 fl. oz. of Resolve Steam Concentrate fluid per gallon of hot tap water. Note: the water chamber in many leading machines holds one gallon of water. 5. Deep clean carpet and upholstery following machine user's guide. 6. Allow carpet to dry thoroughly before using area. Product should be used in a well ventilated room, children and pets should be kept out of the room and off the carpet while wet to touch, children and pets should be kept off the carpet for 2 hours after it is dry to touch. Resolve Steam Concentrate is safe to use on wool, nylon and stain-resistant carpet. Before Cleaning: Test a hidden section of carpet for colorfastness.
