Cooking Instructions: Keep unopened bag in freezer until ready to use. Take out quantity needed, reseal bag and return immediately to freezer. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Cook to light golden color. Cooking times vary depending on appliance power. Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation. When cooking smaller amounts reduce cooking time. Do not overcook. Deep Fry (It is recommended when using this cooking method, to use non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil): 1. Preheat cooking oil to 350 degrees F. Caution: Oil will be hot. 2. Fill basket 1/2 full (1/2 level) with frozen Crinkle Cut Fries. 3. Deep fry for 3 to 3-1/2 minutes. 4. Spread on absorbent paper. 5. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. 6. Season to taste. Standard Oven/Toaster Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Spread frozen Crinkle Cut Fries in a single layer on a dark, non-stick baking sheet or shallow baking pan. 3. Bake for 12 minutes, flip fries over and continue baking for an additional 8-12 minutes. 4. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. 5. Season to taste. Electric Skillet (It is recommended when using this cooking method, to use non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil): 1. Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in electric skillet to medium heat (350 degrees F). Caution: Oil will be hot. 2. Carefully add frozen Crinkle Cut Fries in a single layer. 3. Stir to evenly distribute the oil. 4. Cover with a lid and heat for 9-10 minutes, stirring frequently for uniform cooking. 5. Spread on absorbent paper. 6. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. 7. Season to taste. Do not microwave! For food safety and quality, product must be fully cooked. Keep frozen.
