Directions for Use: Insert applicator tip of nozzle into nostril. Briefly press down on applicator base to thoroughly coat the nasal passage or until excess saline runs back out. Remove applicator and gently blow nose as needed. Repeat with second nostril. To Flush & Irrigate: Tilt head to the side over sink, insert nozzle tip into the upper nostril. Press down on applicator base until saline fills nasal passages and begins to flow through the lower nostril. Repeat with second nostril. Cleaning: After each use, remove silicone tip and clean both the nozzle and silicone tip with soapy water and rinse with warm water. Dry before replacing silicone tip. See bottom of can for lot number and expiration date.
