Cooking Instructions: (from Refrigerated) Thaw product prior to cooking. Grill: 1. Heat grill. Remove brats from package and place directly on grate of grill. 2. Grill over medium heat for 15 - 20 minutes, turning often. Stove Top: 1. Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Place brats in skillet and heat over medium heat for 7 minutes, turning once and until lightly browned on both sides. 3. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water to skillet. Cover and continue to cook over medium heat for 15 - 20 minutes, turning once. Refrigerate leftovers immediately. For food safety and quality, brat is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 180 degrees F, is golden brown, firm to the touch and no longer pink. Always use a digital cooking thermometer to test for doneness. Keep refrigerated or refreeze. Freshness is assured in unopened packages until the date stamped on package. If frozen, use within 6 months.
